How would you handle a situation where someone is trying to act like a bully to you?
Tell a friend about a time when you experienced what it was like to feel bulled.Share your feelings about what happened and how you feel about the experience now.
Rude: 不是故意的伤害，只发生了一次。
Mean: 故意的伤害，只发生了一次。
Bullying: 有意的，持续做；而且当你告诉他停止，表现出你不安时，他仍然持续做！
开玩笑：
大家都很开心。
没有人受伤。
每个人都平等参与。
一次性事件：
有些人故意使坏。
是某些强烈情绪或者情感的释放。
只发生一次，不重复发生。
冲突：
两个势均力敌的人打架，争论，或者吵架。通常情况下，可以找到解决方案。
霸凌：
针对某人的重复的进攻性行为。有人因此而受伤。伤害包括社交方面，语言，身体或者网络上的。
注：老师，家长和孩子，都应该对霸凌有准确的认知。

T→Think：行动之前先思考。
E→Express：表达自己的相法，清楚明了地陈述自己的感受。
L→Leave：离开现场，走开。惹不起，躲得起。
L→Laugh：一笑置之，用幽默手段。
I→Ignore：忽视霸凌者。
T→Tell：告诉信得过的成人。
