  2. Tell a friend about a time when you experienced what it was like to feel bulled.Share your feelings about what happened and how you feel about the experience now.


Rude: 不是故意的伤害,只发生了一次。

Mean: 故意的伤害,只发生了一次。

Bullying: 有意的,持续做;而且当你告诉他停止,表现出你不安时,他仍然持续做!

开玩笑:

大家都很开心。

没有人受伤。

每个人都平等参与。

一次性事件:

有些人故意使坏。

是某些强烈情绪或者情感的释放。

只发生一次,不重复发生。

冲突:

两个势均力敌的人打架,争论,或者吵架。通常情况下,可以找到解决方案。

霸凌:

针对某人的重复的进攻性行为。有人因此而受伤。伤害包括社交方面,语言,身体或者网络上的。


注:老师,家长和孩子,都应该对霸凌有准确的认知。


帮助孩子应对校园霸凌问题

TELL IT system

Think before you react.

Express yourself. Clearly state how you feel.

Leave the situation. Walk away.

Laugh it off. Use humor to defuse the situation.

Ignore the bully.

Tell a trusted adult.

 

T→Think:行动之前先思考。

E→Express:表达自己的相法,清楚明了地陈述自己的感受。

L→Leave:离开现场,走开。惹不起,躲得起。

L→Laugh:一笑置之,用幽默手段。

I→Ignore:忽视霸凌者。

T→Tell:告诉信得过的成人。
